This started as a sketch, with no plans of finishing it...until a girl named Caleigh in my art class officially commissioned me to finish it and give it to her as a present for when she has to to in for wrist surgery.

You can't really tell from the scan, but the colours on this are really quite pale, compared to the style of colouring I usually use. It looks nice, and I like it. A lot.

I know that the eyes are kinda wonky, but I don't care. The neck fuzz makes up for it ^^

This is probably my most favourite thing that I've ever done, simply because I experimented, it worked, and it looks good. And I actually like the end result, as opposed to the usual shunning of my finished works...

The colour scheme was sortof a little inspired by 's pic, Timber Spirit ([link]), but I pretty much did things my own way. Because she is an awesome artist and I am slightly less awesome
